We’re down two collars due to damage, and this week has been a particularly rough week for the speed ropes. If you don’t know how to open and close the (expensive) collars, please ask. And please try to be a bit more gentle with the speed ropes — don’t throw them to the ground; step on them; drag them across the floor; drop dumb bells, barbells, or weight plates on them; or treat them as if they are invincible.
