CrossFit Skill Intensive Workshop / Gymnastics Training, June 20 – August 26, Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. & Sunday, 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Develop and perfect movements used in CrossFit workouts, including rope climbs, Double Unders, key gymnastic skills and more. Each class will focus on a specific set of movements, plus kinesthetic awareness and stability. Some classes will have pre-requisites. Youth Athletic Development Summer Camp, Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., June 19 – August 23. Sport-specific skills development camps are great, but the real key to outstanding youth athletic performance is strength & power conditioning. This six-week session is designed for 12 – 16 year old student athlete looking to increase strength, power, speed and agility. (12 classes / $159.)
