Strength & Power/MetCon:
EAD will be conducting a few tests of our athletes over the course of the next few days. For today, both Strength & Power and MetCon class will do the same Workout:
*Tabata Burpees (:20 on/ :10 off) 4:00 min total for total reps.
*Burpee Standard – Chest touches grounds, must jump up and see air between feet and ground and clap hands above head with arms behind ears. Hips are open during jump and clap.
