Snatch Form & Technique Work
Snatch: Work up to 75% (1RM) focusing on technique
Snatch/OHS/Hang Snatch Triplet:
1 rep of each every :30 sec for 10:00 (scale weight accordingly)


HSPU Form & Technique Work
Every :30 for 10:00 perform some version of HSPU (wall climb, kick up, hold etc.)
3 Rounds For Total Reps:
1:00 at each station/:30 off between
Wall Balls
Pull Ups
Double Unders
Rowing (cal.)
