5-5-5-5-5-5 (All 6 sets of 5 are performed at 70-75% of 1RM, 2-3 min off between)

Tabata Thruster (65/45)
*Cannot set the Bar down for the entire duration of workout, i.e. 65/45 may be too much for some, scale accordingly, but NOT allowed to drop the Bar*
