* CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.1

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of: Burpees

*This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.

Remember that it’s not too late to sign up as a CrossFit Arlington Heights Team Member and participate in the Open.  We will be doing the Open Workouts during all Strength & Power/MetCon classes every Thursday, as well as on Wednesday Night, Saturday Morning, and Sunday Morning.   Here is the step by step process to register:

8.  Click on “Join A Team” –  scroll through and select CrossFit Arlington Heights.
