**Over the course of the next few days we will be doing various “Wall Of Fame” Workouts. On some of these days the MetCon Workout and Strength & Power Workout will be the same, regardless which class you attend.
TGU/Thruster/Pull Up Form & Technique Work
Every Min on the Min for5:00perform 4 TGU (alternate arms) at light weight.
(weight should warm up shoulders, not overly fatigue them)
*This workout will be done in heats. Each athlete will be individually judged. Please be sure to sign up for class online to reserve a spot.
