Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

*After the dynamic warm up, you will have 12 min. at each exercise to establish a 1 Rep Max.  Make sure to progress through reps and sets accordingly for the duration of the 12 min.
