Dr. Tabata seemed like such a nice man.

“Tabata Something Else”
Tabata intervals for reps:
Pull-Ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats

Every Rep Counts……each athlete keeps a running total for the exercise and after the 4 min. (8 intervals) then they give their total out loud…..at the end add up the 4 exercises for a total rep count.

Olympic Lifting Class tonight at 6:30 PM.  We’ve raised capacity to eight athletes. Online pre-registration required.
