Each round must be completed
within 3 minutes:
Row (300/200m) (Note, if more athletes than
rowers, we will run rain or shine)
10 Wall Balls (20#
to 10 ft/16# to 8 ft)
Once completed, rest until the 3 minute
time limit is up. Then begin next round.
If you fail to complete the
round in 3 minutes, rest for the entire next round,
then try again.
