Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:
* 5 Clapping push-ups
* 10 Sit-ups
* 15 Vertical jumps (12″ above reach)
**If a round is not completed in the 1 minute allotted, continue performing the
circuit without rest for the remainder of the 10 minutes.
**After the 10 minute have elapsed, perform 1 burpee for every rep not performed
(300 reps in total should be completed).
