CFsectionals2010 015 Strength:  Backsquat 5-5-5 (3 min. rest)

MetCon: 5 rounds:

AMRAP 2:00

3 Burpees

6 Air squats

Rest 1 min. between each of the 5 rounds

 Skill work: Dead hang pullups (open shoulder to chin breaking the plane of the bar – NO KIP)
