Snatch complex (1
power snatch/ 1 hang power snatch/ 1 overhead squat/ 1 hang squat
snatch). Bar cannot touch the floor after power snatch.


in 5 mins:

Alternating single arm DB squat snatch – coach decides
weight for each individual.
