Tabata intervals for reps:
Pull-Ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
 

Every Rep
Counts……each athlete keeps a running total for the exercise and
after the 4 min. (8 intervals) then they give their total outloud…..at
the end add up the 4 exercises for a total rep count.
