1 Power Clean
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
7 Front Squats
Rest 5 min between sets
Take as many sets as needed to reach your max. Once the bar leaves the ground,

it cannot rest on the floor until all 10 reps are complete.
