Weighted-pull-up
Clean and Press, 3-3-2-2-1-1, rest 90 sec
+
Weighted Chin-up,
3-3-2-2-1-1, rest 90 sec

Then
 
3 Rounds:
AMRAP in 3
min. of KTE
Each round starts with a 400M run, in the time remaining
from the run you are attempting as many KTE's as possible.  There is a
1:00 min. rest between rounds.

held accountable for your movement (form faults, efficiency issues, lack
of range of motion,
etc.) in a relentless way, or is it aggravating to you?
