Stupid-accidents-0045 Strength: Front Squat 5-5-5

Back Squat 1 X 12=>20

Complete 4 rounds of:
    * 7 Medicine ball vertical throws (Men 10lb.; Women 6lb.) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pl7ZTVufJc)
    * 10 Burpees

Throw the medicine ball as high as possible, at least 15′.
