Notice! Burpee rule will be enforced from now on, in all of our CrossFit classes.
For every minute that you are late, the entire class does 5 burpees. If you are over 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate.
As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes:
10 HSPU (assistance as needed)
10 Squat Snatch (65#/45#)
20 Walking Lunges
30 High Knee Jump Rope (see above video)
