1 Press (15%
less than your best)
3 Strict Pull Ups (NO KIP or Butterfly)
5 Pull Ups

many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
3 Push Press – same weight used for press
5
Pull Ups
7 Knees to Elbows
 
 

**There is no rest between
these two AMRAP's.  You move from one right into the other after 5 min. 
There will be two separate totals.
