Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Arlington Heights!

Start Training at EAD | CFAH Today.

1. Join Us For A Free Class

Where you’ll experience the EAD | CFAH Dynamic Warm Up; skill instruction, development & practice; and the Workout of the Day. If you’re new to our style of training, no worries… we will teach you everything you need to know and scale the class to your current fitness level and ability. You’ll also have a chance to talk with a nationally-certified performance coach about the right next steps for you, and meet the athletes who are part of the amazing EAD | CFAH Training Community. Please come prepared and dressed for a workout, and bring a bottle of water.

2. Register for Training Essentials

A two-week, six-class program where you’ll learn and practice body weight, dumb bell, kettle bell, power & plyometric, and basic & advanced barbell movements—plus talk with a nationally-certified performance coach about your training goals and information about performance fueling and general nutrition. Training Essentials graduates receive a custom training log, CFAH tee shirt, and a 10 percent discount on your first class package.bring a bottle of water.

3. Set Your Performance Goals

Chart your training schedule, make your first class package purchase, and get started. The EAD | CFAH Class Schedule features more than 60 classes per week, including CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting Technique, Boot Camp, Rowing Boot Camp, and Open Gym.
